Application and features
It is commonly used in the occasions which do continuous operation and have less iron on belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the feeder groove to remove iron. The main features are as follows:
●It adopts the “king of magnet”—Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials as its magnetic source, which can save energy, has constant magnetic field, has no cold or hot state magnetic field.
●The magnetic system is a whole enclosed type construction with strong reliability, safety, explosion-proof function and no-electrical accident.
● Discharging way: rotating the sprocket wheel to push the scraper to unload iron (RCYP Ⅱ), manually rotating belt pulley to unload iron (RCYB model), direct extraction by artificial (RCYPⅠ).
●The magnetic field gradient is high, and there is no such problem that the materials will drop on the belt when power is cut down.
●Compared with belt type auto discharging separator, it is economical and practical.
