Product features:
1. This series is used for sucking and hanging cast iron ingot, steel ball, raw iron ore, machining cutting; various miscellaneous iron, furnace return material, cutting head of foundry; packing scrap, etc.; in steel-making slag treatment process, it is used to remove large iron pieces in advance; in coal washing plant, it is used to lift iron powder, etc. Double chamber outlet box, specially equipped with extra thick outlet box protection plate, and anti twist setting for outgoing cable.
Mw5 series lifting electromagnets are standard type, high temperature type and high frequency type.
2. Mw5 series standard and high temperature lifting electromagnets usually adopt constant voltage control mode, or strong excitation or over excitation control mode, and the power on duration is generally td60%. The mw5 series high temperature lifting electromagnet adopts special heat-resistant measures, which can lift scrap below 700 ℃.
Mw5 series high frequency lifting electromagnet generally adopts strong excitation or over excitation control mode, with power on duration of TD75%. Strong excitation mode (dc-290v / 200V) can be used to improve lifting capacity by about 6%, and large-scale over excitation mode (dc-350v / 290v / 200V) can be used to speed up the excitation speed of electromagnet, which can improve lifting capacity by about 12%.
3. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, and can be easily matched with all kinds of lifting equipment.
