JQ Series Magnetic Force Couple Type Cable Reel
JQ series of magnetic force couple cable reel products, using magnetic coupler as synchronous differential mechanism, using magnetic coupler principle, ensures the receiving and releasing speed of cable reel is synchronous with that of running equipment.
When the reel is receiving and releasing cable, the power will bring the split-type magnetic coupler which connects with sleeve by driving wheel chain drive. As the increasing number of layers of cable reel, when the linear velocity of cable is bigger than the operational speed of equipment, magnetic coupler is relatively differential with cable reel and the rotational speed of cable reel is decreasing, until the rotational speed is at synchronous speed with that of equipment operation. The whole process of winding cable is the continuously differential adjusting process of magnetic coupler. By adjusting the working condition of split-type magnetic coupler so the stretching force of cable can be adjusted arbitrarily. When the reel releases cable, the unidirectional clutch in driving chain wheel doesn’t transfer power to magnetic coupler, so the chain wheel is running-idle, the reel will overcome the damping which is produced by inertial rotating and emit cable synchronous with the help of cable tension. It can adjust the emitting cable’s tension by adjusting the working condition of damping magnetic coupler.
JQ series of magnetic coupling cable reel has good synchronous performance; it not only can finish horizontal operation of receiving and releasing cable, and also can finish the doubleaction receiving and releasing cable at the midpoint of output power at vertical operation, it is an ideal kind of the cable receiving and releasing device.

JQC - I (II)No Power Mangetic Force Couple Type Cable Reel
Explanation:
From the table of JQC - Ⅰ series and JQC - Ⅱ series, we can find the cable’s linear capacity of different cable specifications, for example: JQC - 60 - Ⅰ, 4 square meters cable can coil 120 meters, 16 square meters cable can coil 45 meters.
JQC - Ⅰ series is suitable for electric flat carriage and tower crane equipment’s installation and operation, JQC - Ⅱ series for portal crane and material piling and taking machine’s installation and operation.
The above cable specification is for four cores, that is, there are 4 collector slip ring, if the user adopts multi-number core control cable or other special requirements, users can put forward the concrete requirements, our company can design and manufacture for users.
The above specification is for 380V system, if the voltage is over 380V system, the customers should note it and it will be designed specifically for them.
Installation style
JQC series of magnetic coupler cable reel is divided into two different forms.
A No-power Type
The power of this kind installation form goes out from the working system of installed equipment and walks through the chain wheel driving into the reel driving chain (or a shaft, or a transmission gear output power), so to promote the reel to work, this kind of installation form applies only to the one output point power, the reel just has only one direction to wind and unwind cable. As shown:
B Power Type
This installation kind reel equipped power distribution device, its control signals of power system comes from its installed equipment’s working＆controlling system, then the reel can be operated with equipment walking synchronously. This kind of installation form is suitable for the way power output from midpoint, the reel will wind and unwind cable in two different directions (reversing reel intermediate) shown as follows:
