JBP Series of Frequency Conversion Cable Reel
Introduction:
At present,JBP series of frequency conversion cable reel is the most advanced solution for mobile transmission in the world to meet the needs of any complicated working condition.The matched converter can control the electric motor’s output torque accurately,thus confirmed that cable can adjust the torque automatically according to the change ment of the reel diameter (linear change)when it wind up on the reel and also confirmed the tension of the cable always constant to protect the cable as far as possible.
The structural characteristics
Frequency conversion cable reel is composed with frequency motor,reducer,current collector,cable reel and electric control box and other parts.
The reel and the equipment equipped with operation linkage protection device can effectively prevent the accident such as cable is put off to maximum extend the cable’s service life.
Control Mode
JBP series of cable reels and equipment are relatively independent of their control system,control cabinet can be installed in any location(indoor or outdoor)according to the actual site,only need extract power from the device\s total power switch or total AC contractor output end to connect to the control box.
Applicability
Cable reel for variable frequency device’s largest cable capacity is 800m;reel diameter is 1-9m.Driving motor power is 1-7.5kw,output torque is 5-10000NM,rated current is 10-800A.It is applied in mobile power supply and data transmission on large scale rail-traveling equipment such as portal type,bridge type,door pedestal crane,material fetching machine,dam crest gantry machine,container quayside,field bridge,metallurgical machinery,hydraulic machinery and mining machinery,etc.It is especially suitable for coiling up and spooling off large-sized,long-distance power supply cable ,effectively solved the problem of which the traditional hysteresis,torque cable reel can not meet the need of modern cranes to enhance the high height and fast speed.
