The HS-RL hot blast stove produced by our company is widely used in petrochemical and other production units. classification

HS-RL type hot blast stove is divided into vertical (HS-RLL type) and horizontal (HS-RLW type), both of which are gas fuel hot blast stove.

characteristic

The hot blast stove is a compact round simple shape with a combustion chamber and a mixing chamber. In the mixing chamber, after the high temperature flue gas produced by fuel combustion is fully mixed with the circulating gas, the hot flue gas with appropriate temperature and flow rate will be output according to the system requirements for direct drying of pulverized coal without contact. Compared with indirect heating, the energy of this method is reduced by about 50%, the heat loss is small, and the investment of this equipment is small and the cost is low.

The automatic control and protection functions of HS-RL hot blast stove include: ignition start control, low pressure protection, high temperature protection, furnace purging, flame detection, flameout protection, fuel flow control, automatic ratio of fuel and air, circulation control.
